Standard Ground US Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or via UPS, as selected by the customer during the checkout process. When making your shipping selection, please keep in mind that it may take us from 24 up to 48 hours to process your order, before handling it for shipping.

FREE shipping - whenever this feature is offered, these orders will be shipped using the least expensive service. No rush orders or next day orders will be processed with Free Shipping.

Some specific products may also be subject to a shipping surcharge (if the item is subject to a shipping surcharge, you should be able to see it within the item's description page). Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Orders

We are sorry. At this moment we only deliver to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all US Armed Forces around the world with APO or FPO addresses. We do not make international deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of control (like natural disasters, etc) may produce shipping postponements. Please refer to this page for shipping alerts and announcements.

Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy:

In order to return merchandise, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from our customer service department. 

Unopened and not perishable merchandise may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. Any item part of a “free shipping” order, will be assessed a shipping charge deduction. Any “free shipping” order that is returned in its entirety, will be assessed a shipping charge deduction. 

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:

  • Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
  • Merchandise is returned without original Invoice
  • Merchandise is returned after 30 days
  • Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition      
  • Merchandise was delivered correctly, so please make your selections carefully

Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. 

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to using a traceable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) 

Every package sent for a refund will be the sole responsibility of the shipper, until it is received by Any package that has not been received by and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. 

**Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange, after proper inspection of the returned merchandise. 

Damaged Merchandise:

Damage to merchandise caused by opening packages with a sharp object is not considered to be damaged in shipping nor a defect in the merchandise. If damage occurred during shipping, all original packaging must be included with the claim.  This includes all stamps and markings of "Damaged in transit" applied by the US Postal Service. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of original receipt.

Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent. Please remember that all shipping charges are non refundable.

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is returned to marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable. 


Lost Packages: will not be responsible for packages properly delivered to the shipping address provided during the checkout process, and that may become lost by the selected carrier. All claims should be placed with the carrier directly. There would not be refunds issued or duplicate deliveries on lost packages. When placing your order, make sure the shipping address is safe for delivery person to leave the package in, to avoid the package from being stole.


Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.


Packages sometimes get lost in the mail. Please verify that all address information provided with the original order is correct. It can take several weeks for the Postal Service to correct invalid addresses. USPS and UPS packages are traceable using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

All lost package claims must be made within 20 days of shipping confirmation. Claims initiated beyond the 20 day limit may not be honored. We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by the Postal Service as they are out of our control. Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
